Vendor spaces are limited. 10 Mini Booths & 15 Full-Sized Booths. If a booth category is filled you will not see a booth option for it available for purchase. Food & Beverage are not applicable for a physical booth at this upcoming event, but can still participate by Sponsoring the Event.

Fees & Payments

Vendor Agrees to pay all booth fees in full prior to event participation. We do not Hold vendor spots, once you complete this form you'll receive an email with the Venmo information to make your Vendor Payment. Once your payment is made you are locked in and confirmed as an official vendor Fees are Non-refundable unless event is cancelled by organizer Locals Live.

Liability Wavier & Release

• Vendor assumes full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to their property, employees or guests during Locals Live.

• Vendor releases and holds harmless: Wild Industries - Locals Live, it's owners, employees, affiliates AND the event venue/property owner from any damages, liability, claims or expenses arising from participation in this event.

• Vendor is responsible for:

  • Their own insurance (if applicable)

  • Permits, licenses, and food handling compliance (if applicable)

  • Maintaining a safe and clean booth space

• Wild Industries - Locals Live is not responsible for:

  • Theft or damage

  • Weather conditions

  • loss of sales or profit

• Vendor agrees to operate professionally and comply with all event rules.

Media Release

Vendor grants permission for Wild Industries - Locals Live to capture and use photos/videos of their booth, brand and staff for marketing and promotional purposes.

Once you complete the payment you will receive a vendor confirmation email securing you spot.
